If you already own SPF/SE, the best way to contact Technical
support is...
To obtain support without further delay, please include:
- Your Name;
- Your CTC ID number OR your SPF/SE Serial number
(found under Menu HELP> Item ABOUT, or on the registration card included
in the envelope that contained the original disk. If you purchased your
product on our web site, your serial number was your order number, and
supplied on your Invoice/Confirmation);
- Version and Build number, Interface
(found under Menu HELP, Item ABOUT); and
- Operating system.
